St. Joseph Charter Township (Berrien Co.) is seeking a new full-time Deputy Clerk. 

The Deputy Clerk will be responsible for the administration of all elections held within the Township; assist with board packet preparation, agendas, motions, etc.; administer oaths; and fill in for the Township Clerk if necessary. Must work well with the public, have good customer service skills, good communication skills, the ability to write clearly and logically, possess good organizational skills, and to learn and follow complicated rules regarding elections and public records, knowledge and experience with computer programs and office equipment. Some work after normal business hours may be required.
