Citizen's Guide to Michigan's Financial Health

At the request of the Governor's office and the Michigan Department of Treasury, the Michigan Townships Association (MTA) has agreed to share with township treasurers materials to supplement Governor Rick Snyder's 2011 Citizen's Guide to Michigan's Financial Health initiative launched at the end of January.

This letter provides insight into this new initiative, while the Word file and Excel spreadsheet offer townships a template and chart-building tool to create a guide similar to what the governor has recently unveiled.
