Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Association shall consist of the elected Officers of the Association, the Immediate Past President of the Association, and one Director selected by the President with the approval of the Board of Directors. The President shall be the chairman of the Committee and all Committee members shall have a vote. All members of the Executive Committee must be a township official member in good standing. 

 

The Executive Committee shall have the authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors between meetings of the Board and exercise such other authority as the Board of Directors may delegate to it. The Executive Committee shall meet at least quarterly.
