From Accounting to Zoning, MTA's Training Programs Offer Something for Everyone

Click here to view full size picture The MTA Education Center provides more than 50 educational workshops throughout the state each year. Topics range from the basic “nuts and bolts” duties of township officials to advanced policy issues that members face. Whether you’re looking for an evening program or a two-day educational retreat, MTA has a workshop for you.

MTA's training programs are based on defined core competencies for elected township officials. To view the list of core competencies for each office, select supervisor, clerk, treasurer or trustee.
