MTA's 2010 Educational Conference & Expo delivered cutting-edge concepts and trends to more than 1200 members in the form of more than 70 educational sessions! Pre-conference events began Tuesday, Jan. 26 and offered a choice of a full-day assessors renewal class, an intensive grant writing series, and two Township Governance Academy (TGA) courses. For a separate fee, members could attend a half-day OR day long program, both of which included meals.

Again this year, held in conjunction with the Conference, were MTA's Legal Institute for Township Attorneys AND Auditor Institute. These one-day programs are perfect opportunities for township attorneys and auditors to hear about the latest issues affecting township government and further their professional development.
