Thank you for participating in MTA’s 2022 Virtual Conference! Here are some tips and tricks to help you navigate the virtual conference website and to help you make the most of the online event.

Accessing the event
What you need:
All attendees will need a computer, tablet/iPad or smartphone, with audio capability and reliable internet to access the event.

Follow the link: Use this link to join us online: https://mta2022.eventpedia.us. Log in using your email address on file with MTA and the password you received in the Final Tips & Reminders email.

Explore the event website: From the virtual lobby, you can find sessions, speaker profiles and more. From the “Sessions” screen, click the “Virtual” box under the “Tracks” drop-down to show all available online sessions. Click “Join” to watch a session. Virtual classrooms open roughly five minutes before the scheduled start time—so if you are early and can’t get in, don’t worry! Simply try again closer to the start of the session. You will be re-directed to a Zoom window when the session begins. Click here for more tips for navigating the site and troubleshooting tech issues.

Monday sessions: Registrants for pre-conference workshops will be prompted to enter additional information to access the live stream. Creating a Vision and Linking with Community attendees will need to enter their contact information in the Zoom window after clicking the “Join” button to be given access to the live stream. The Board is in Charge attendees will need to enter a webinar passcode to join the live stream. This will be provided in an email before the event.
